Healthy Cooking Concept

Healthy cooking concept can achieve in both design and equipment by take below tips into consideration:
- Appropriate environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, aeration).
- Materials and proper equipment.
- Different integrated areas in the kitchen: storage, handling, cooking, cleaning, waste.



Food security include the following materials and equipment:
- Materials bacteriostatic treatments and coatings.

These systems do not replace in any case a correct handling practices but provide an additional protection against potential hazards in food, especially of a microbiological nature.
